Refunds And Returns Policy
This Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made on howtostudybootcamp.com (the “Site”), including the Tactics Module and any other paid course or digital product offered by How To Study Bootcamp (“we,” “us,” “our”).
1. No Refunds on Digital Products
1.1 All Courses and digital content sold on the Site are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products — which can be accessed, viewed, and downloaded immediately upon purchase — we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind;
- Failure to complete or engage with a Course;
- Lack of expected academic results or outcomes;
- Purchasing the wrong course or duplicate purchases made in error;
- Withdrawal from the Course after access has been granted.
1.2 By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you will gain immediate access to digital Content, and you expressly agree that your right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase ends once that access is granted.
2. Exceptions Required by Law
2.1 Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or limits any statutory guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2.2 Under the ACL, you may still be entitled to a remedy (which may include a refund, replacement, or other resolution) where, for example:
- The Course is not delivered due to a technical fault or error on our part and access cannot reasonably be restored within a reasonable time;
- The Course materially differs from its description on the Site;
- There is a major failure in the service that we cannot otherwise remedy.
2.3 If you believe you have a claim under the ACL or equivalent consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, please contact us using the details below and we will assess your request in accordance with our legal obligations.
3. Technical Issues
3.1 If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased Course content (e.g., video playback errors, login/account issues), please contact us promptly at so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
3.2 We will make reasonable efforts to fix access issues within our control before any other remedy is considered.
4. Unauthorised or Fraudulent Transactions
If you believe a purchase was made on your account without your authorisation, contact us immediately. This will be treated separately from a standard refund request and investigated accordingly.
