By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or enrolling in any Course (free or paid), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.


1. Definitions

  • “Content” means all text, video, graphics, diagrams, downloadable materials, and other material made available on the Site.
  • “Courses” means the Strategy Module, Bonus Lessons, the Tactics Module, and any other course made available on the Site from time to time.

2.3 If you are a parent or guardian enrolling a minor in a Course, you accept these Terms on behalf of that minor and take responsibility for their use of the Site.

3.1 The Site offers courses at different access levels, including:

  • Free courses (such as the Strategy Module and Bonus Lessons), accessible without payment upon registration; and
  • Paid courses (such as the Tactics Module), accessible upon payment of the applicable fee.

3.2 We may add, remove, modify, or reorganise Course content, structure, or pricing at any time without prior notice, except where required by law to provide notice.

3.3 Access to free Courses does not guarantee or entitle you to access to paid Courses.


4. Account Registration

4.1 To access certain Content, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4.3 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.


5. Payment, Enrolment, and Refunds

5.2 All fees are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

5.3 Refund Policy: All sales are final except as required by applicable consumer law. Note: In Australia, the Australian Consumer Law provides statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded, including rights to a refund or remedy where a service is not provided with due care and skill. This policy does not limit those statutory rights.

5.4 We reserve the right to change Course pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect Courses already purchased.


6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All Content on the Site, including videos, diagrams, text, course structure, and branding, is owned by or licensed to How To Study Bootcamp and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Course Content for your own personal, non-commercial educational use.

6.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written consent. This includes downloading, screen-recording, or sharing course videos or materials outside the Site.

You agree not to:

  • Share your account login or paid Course access with any other person;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, other users’ accounts, or our systems;
  • Upload or transmit any harmful code, virus, or disruptive technology;

8.2 We do not guarantee any specific academic outcome, grade, or exam result. Individual results depend on many factors outside our control, including individual effort, prior knowledge, and personal circumstances.

If you are experiencing significant exam-related anxiety, stress, or other mental health concerns, we encourage you to seek support from a qualified professional, teacher, or counsellor.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, How To Study Bootcamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Courses.

10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable consumer protection law (including the Australian Consumer Law, where applicable).

10.3 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Course in the 12 months preceding the claim.
