By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or enrolling in any Course (free or paid), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Definitions

- “Courses” means the Strategy Module, Bonus Lessons, the Tactics Module, and any other course made available on the Site from time to time.

- Free courses (such as the Strategy Module and Bonus Lessons), accessible without payment upon registration; and
- Paid courses (such as the Tactics Module), accessible upon payment of the applicable fee.
3.2 We may add, remove, modify, or reorganise Course content, structure, or pricing at any time without prior notice, except where required by law to provide notice.
3.3 Access to free Courses does not guarantee or entitle you to access to paid Courses.
4. Account Registration

5.2 All fees are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
5.3 Refund Policy: All sales are final except as required by applicable consumer law. Note: In Australia, the Australian Consumer Law provides statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded, including rights to a refund or remedy where a service is not provided with due care and skill. This policy does not limit those statutory rights.
5.4 We reserve the right to change Course pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect Courses already purchased.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All Content on the Site, including videos, diagrams, text, course structure, and branding, is owned by or licensed to How To Study Bootcamp and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
